October 28: Regular School Day
Wednesday, October 28 will no longer be a short day, as marked in the school calendar. It will be a regular school day. The school bus service and the After-School Program will operate as usual.
Likewise, the Day of the Dead and Halloween celebration will continue as planned.
The Trees in Our Campus
We welcomed Leonora Gómez Tagle, an expert in the field, who led a meaningful learning experience about trees. During the session, the children enthusiastically asked questions and explored the different types of trees that surround our beautiful campus.
Mindful Play in Motion
We are excited to celebrate the launch of Mindful Play in Motion, a new After-School Program opportunity for our young learners at the Toddler Center!
Led by Ms. Lilián de la Garza, this experience brings mindfulness to life through play, movement, and mindful breathing.
At a young age, these practices help children connect with their bodies, recognize their emotions, and develop focus and confidence.
A joyful new space to grow, connect, and discover the power of being present.
Curiosity at the Heart of Learning
Our children are beginning to capture the world with intention by recording what sparks their curiosity and sharing their ideas. Curiosity becomes visible when they slow down, observe, wonder, ask questions, and build theories about the world around them.
Through meaningful experiences, children represent their thinking in different ways and revisit their ideas to deepen their understanding. Each representation becomes a trace of their observations, questions, theories, and growing knowledge.
Preparing for Our Halloween Celebration
All Early Childhood campuses will be celebrating Halloween on Wednesday, October 28.
Your child’s head teacher will contact the second half of the families on the group list to organize our special Halloween lunch.
Halloween treats will be assigned to the first half of the families, and our ambassadors will contact you directly to coordinate them.
We look forward to a fun and memorable celebration for our children!
Congratulations!
This week we are celebrating the birthdays of Santiago Schroth Puga, Mateo Moreno García, Silvana Valdés Venegas, Almudena Navarro Orlandini, Pablo Moreno López Escalera and Ms. Narda Vega.
Affectionately,
