What is Differentiation?
Differentiated instruction is more than a strategy—it’s a mindset. It’s about meeting students where they are so that every learner can grow and succeed. Whether you
differentiate by process, content, or product, it will guide your instructional planning in response to student needs.

Class Observations
Principals and the Academic Director will visit classrooms to observe using the eleot 2.0 tool. This helps us identify strengths and areas of growth by measuring student engagement, agency, and self-efficacy.
After each observation, you’ll receive detailed feedback. You are always welcome to schedule a follow-up conversation with the observer.
